As we work on improving the experience donors have at the United Against Cancer charity golf tournament, we're especially concerned with helping attract new donors at the Par, Birdie, and Eagle level to try and boost us to our goal of reaching $1 million.
For that reason, we've brainstormed some benefits to add to help make those donation levels even more fun. Last month, we added a second foursome to our Birdie sponsorship, but we're thinking about even more ways to improve the experience of donors at the tournament. We've added one for sure so far: we'll take you to Topgolf to work on your swing before the tournament.
Topgolf is a golf venue in Midvale where you can go and play golf-related games. Somewhat similar to bowling, a group goes and takes turns earning points by hitting golf balls into specific areas of a high-tech driving range. The bays, multiple levels of them, are climate controlled and have televisions playing various sports games.
It would be our honor to go with you to the venue and get to know you a bit better while you have fun playing. We're excited to see how this new benefit works out.
